All efforts of Jarchi Group is based on the best quality product will reach you dears. But like any business, you may need to return the product due to a problem with the order:

 

Not receiving the Damaged Package

 

When the problem with the received order can be detected during delivery. (For example, if the box is damaged before delivery to you, or if it has been changed shape, avoid receiving it.)

 

Keep in mind that if the defect of the product can be detected at home, it should not be delivered and it does not included returned items.

 

 

Returning the Defective Product

 

After delivery of the order, If you noticed any of the following items and intend to return it, you must contact Jarchi customers support (with the number: 05144445357) within up to 2 working days and make the necessary arrangements for returning, then return the product to us.

 

According to Jarchi, the following items are included in the return of goods:

 

• The expiration date of the product has passed

• The remaining time to consume the product compared with the production date is little

 

 

In case of approval, the returned item or replacement product will be sent to you or the purchase fee will be returned to you. In this case, we will pay the cost of returning.
